Branko Janković died in 1982 after a car accident. Two additional singers were Branislav Anđelović (who was also a guitar player) and Branko Janković. The other lead singer was Zvonko Milenković. The band was formed in 1977 by, who wrote, composed and made musical arrangements for all Rokeri s Moravu's songs (more than 220) and who is also one of the lead singers of the band. Their visual trademark were Serbian šajkača caps and opanci shoes, worn either with traditional dress and/or in crazy combinations with tuxedos, fur coats or A-shirts. Their music was a mix of Serbian folk music with rock elements and the lyrics in folksy dialect of Šumadija and Morava Valley, combined with numerous popular culture references. Rokeri s Moravu (Serbian Cyrillic: Рокери с Мораву, meaning Rockers from Morava) was a Serbian band active from 1977-1991 and again from 2006-2008.Vor und während dem Zerfall Jugoslawiens, wurden Lieder wie Pomozi bože! (Gott hilf uns!) oder Tajna večera (Das geheime Abendmahl) veröffentlicht, die die damalige Regierung bewusst provozieren sollten. Oft kombinierten sie traditionelle Kleidung mit Smokings, Pelzmänteln oder Unterhemden. Sie trugen fast immer serbische Volkskleidung, wie die Šajkača und Opanke. Bekannt wurde die Band durch ihre kontroversen Liedtexte, sowie durch die freche Kleidung. Ihre Musik war eine Mischung aus Folk und Rock und ihre Texte wurden in südserbischen Dialekten gesungen. Rokeri s Moravu (serbisch-kyrillisch Рокери с Мораву, deutsch: Die Rocker von der Morava) war eine jugoslawische Parodie- und Folkband.
